What it does
Collects articles from public RSS feeds of technology and science media.
Translates headlines and summaries into Russian.
Renders a branded image, an original royalty-free music bed and a Russian voiceover.
Produces a 9:16 H.264 MP4 with burnt-in text for short-form video platforms.
Publishes to Telegram channels, Instagram and TikTok, with every post linking to its original source.
TikTok integration
The bot uses the official Content Posting API with the video.publish scope.
Authorization: OAuth authorization page requesting the single scope video.publish.
Publishing: Direct Post endpoint with push_by_file source and chunked upload.
Status: the bot polls the publish status endpoint until PUBLISH_COMPLETE.
Tokens: the 24 hour access token is renewed once per run with the refresh_token grant.
Privacy: the first test posts are published as SELF_ONLY until the app passes TikTok review.
No personal data
No personal data of end users is collected or stored. Only the account owner's OAuth tokens are kept,
and they are used exclusively for publishing. See the
